Monoblock system

Inside the monoblock it is possible to integrate:

• Roller shutters or brise-soleil, for optimal management of sunlight and privacy;
• Controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV), which ensures constant air exchange and improves indoor air quality;
• High-performance thermal and acoustic insulation applied to every component: box, side panels, and under-sill.

• Construction cost savings. With monoblock systems, traditional masonry phases such as building the subframe or shaping the wall opening are eliminated, since these elements are already integrated into the structure.
• High energy performance. By eliminating thermal bridges and using specific insulating materials, monoblocks significantly improve the building’s energy efficiency, reducing heat loss both in winter and in summer.
• Living and acoustic comfort. The insulated structure provides protection from external noise and maintains a stable indoor climate, enhancing overall comfort.
